Who we are

What we collect
- Order information. Your name, email, billing details, the recipient's name and email, your message, delivery date and any PO or cost-centre reference you supply.
- Payment information. Handled by our payment processor. Full card numbers never touch our servers and we never store them.
- Card records. Gift card details we issue, their balances and use history.
- Business account information for group gift enquiries, including company name and the order details you provide.
- Automatic data. Server logs, and with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To issue and deliver your card, and to fulfill your selected gift — contract.
- To let you check a balance and to investigate disputes — contract.
- To detect fraud, including card-number enumeration and stolen-card testing — legitimate interests, and in some cases legal obligation.
- To respond to group gift enquiries and coordinate requested orders — contract.
- To meet financial record-keeping and unclaimed-property obligations — legal obligation.
- To measure our website and advertising — consent, withdrawable at any time.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Recipients and bulk lists
If you buy for someone else, or upload a recipient list for a bulk order, we hold those names and email addresses solely to deliver and service the cards. Recipients are never added to marketing lists, and bulk lists are deleted 12 months after the order is fulfilled.
Who we share with
Our payment processor, gift card platform, email delivery provider, and the partner fulfilling the gift (which receives the information needed to fulfill it, not your payment details). We disclose information to law enforcement where legally required.
How long we keep it
Card records are kept while a balance remains, then for the period required by financial and unclaimed-property law. Order records are kept for seven years.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability, and may object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Where state law grants additional rights, including opting out of sale or sharing, we honour them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payment capture is delegated to a PCI-compliant processor, and balance lookups are rate limited. We will never email, call or text you to ask for a gift card number or PIN.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
